"Our overall experience at the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean, the facilities were well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The location and amenities made our stay very enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our experience at the marina was very different. The service provided by the marina manager, Sara, was disappointing and unprofessional. We felt that we were treated differently from other guests and perceived an unwelcoming attitude toward our group, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
It is also important to mention that guests bringing their boats should be aware of the marina fee of approximately $180 per day, which can be quite expensive.
It is unfortunate that the service at the marina does not reflect the same level of quality and hospitality that we experienced throughout the rest of the hotel. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests."
