"Upon arrival, I was told that the room I had booked (2 guests, 2 bed + 1 sofa, TV, microwave, fridge NON-SMOKING room) 4+ months ago was not available and I was offered a lesser type, but was not given a reduction in price for this change. Opening the door, we were met by an atrocious odor of cigarette smoke. TV, microwave and fridge were non fonctional, there was a coffee maker, but no cups. 2 guests, but only 1 washcloth was available. The walls were broken and crumbly, there was mold on the bathroom walls, the bathroom door handle was broken, the floors were so sticky that we had to put our shoes on to walk from the beds to the bathroom. AND ... the bedsheets on one of the beds were grease-stained and there were clumps of long hairs in the sheets. "

"This place is an absolute nightmare! I had to switch rooms three times. The first room they put me into, the shower was covered in black mold. The next room they’ve moved me into was filthy dirty the floors were disgusting. The third room they put me into had not been cleaned and the maid asked me to change the sheets on the bed!!!When I asked them for clothes hangers, they told me they did not have hangers. After I looked at him and said this is a motel, correct why would you not have hangers? Miraculously two appeared. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was stained. The shower curtain was stained, and the toilet was not connected to the floor completely. Needless to say me and my partner went to a local CVS and bought cleaning products to clean our own room. I plan on filing a formal complaint. This place should be condemned!! "

"The property was unbelievably disgusting. The hallway to the room and the room itself smelled like a filthy boys locker room. My son began experiencing an asthma attack in the room, and my wife became nauseated. As a result, we were forced to leave immediately. "

"Average hotel, it was clean and front desk people were amazing. Centrally located. Downfall which is why it’s a 1 star, went to work- came back and housekeeping cleaned my room and threw everything out clothes, medications, cosmetics ALL of my personal belongings. House keeping admitted to them they did throw half of it out but not the rest. Hotel manager said they would view the footage and call me with resolution, no phone call at all. I was giving them a chance before I did a review. No refund or anything. Our company uses this hotel a lot for business and will no longer due to these issues"

"Property was clean and convenient for an overnight stay due to proximity to the airport. The free airport shuttle was a definite bonus."

"Great option close to Syracuse University. Breakfast was good and replenished often. There is an indoor pool. Fresh coffee and teas are readily available in the morning."
