「Staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were good, catering for those with allergies. Lovely quiet hotel with good sized rooms. Good location for exploring other places nearby.」

「The spa is the only thing that saves this hotel as without it it would be a very poor hotel. Rooms are very dated, our bed was like a camp bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast in Sage took an hour to be served and it wasn’t even busy. Give staying guests at least the option to go get yoghurt and pastries etc. while they wait for the breakfast cooked meal, having to wait for everything to be served is really old hat these days. 「Staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal great. Pool area/amenities disappointing. A little tired; steam room nonexistent. Saunas squashed into a corner between toilets and showers (in separate male/female cloakrooms) extremely uninviting!!!!」
