「Upon arrival we were check-in in on a timely manner. The front desk manager, was great! she was very nice. She went through sights to see, taxi options, etc as we only had one might and a 1/2 day in Dwarka. The hotel facilities are very clean and accommodating. Our room was in the new wing, which was excellent, no complaints! 」

「Hotel Uttam is situated very near the famous temple and good restaurnts. Rooms are good with hot water and toiletries. However, there was no room service nor there any service desk.」

「Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis. Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often. Buffet had very limited food choices. We will never again stay at this hotel.」

「I booked this place for my parents. When they reached there, they found the washrooms smelly. Staff was also not very friendly. I would say, the price is too high for the services they are providing. My parents couldn't stay there. They left the place and found another cheaper hotel.」
