「The Hotel is centrally located. It has very good Parking Area. This Hotel is located at Pilgrim place. Considering this point overall cleanliness was good. However they should ensure that the rooms are treated with insecticides and free of small insects. Service is good, amenities are in good working condition.」

Cleanliness might be acceptable for Indian people but for a foreigner used to Canadian hotel standards I would say avoid.
