2/10 Terrible

"Although the property was very clean, this review is based solely on staff. Upon arrival, my credit card, used to reserve the room was charged even before arriving. I asked why, and was informed it’s their new system. My intention was to pay cash for my stay. The in-room safe broke with our belongings locked inside, and staff waited to call for service. Room had a leak and staff refused to give me their names when I informed I was going to send a letter."

"The room was cleaned, we were able to get into our room a little early ( which is a plus) after travels hours. There were plenty of places to eat and two groceries stores a few blocks aways to get juice/water and fresh fruits to put in mini fridge."
