「One of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The decor was elegant, and the rooms were quiet. Nothing was worn, broken or non-functioning. The rooms and furniture were comfortable and had everything you needed, cups, coffee, towels, a great shower. Windows were wide looking on to the canal. They opened in the ends and let in birdsongs, the sounds of a rain shower, or a nice breeze. Every member of the staff was pleasant, and very helpful....
