"Staff availability was limited, kitchen not as fully equipped as we would have liked it, had issues with the dishwasher, and bathroom door kept getting locked (unable to open from the outside, lock was broken). Overall, I really liked the property, place was clean, ideal for a longer stay, safe location, great outdoor common area, well maintained. "

"It is an older hotel but it is clean, needs some updating to carpeting, furniture, caulking in bathroom. Pool area not open as it is not season yet. They have exercise room. Small store where you can purchase items you may have forgotten. Overall area is restaurants, walmart, publix, and so forth. Staff very helpful and friendly." "After returning to the room on the evening of check-in, I found water on the bathroom floor. I traced it to a leak from the sink. I reported it to the front and asked to be relocated, but there were no other rooms available. Thus, I cleaned the floor myself and put a trash can under the sink to collect the water. I also found that the fill valve in the toilet tank sometimes did not shut off even when the float lifted the shut-off lever as high as it could go. The water would continue to run into the overflow tube, eventually stopping for no apparent reason after 30 or more minutes had passed."

"The room was pretty clean. The outside of the bathtub looked a little dirty, but I don't know if that was just stain or what. But the inside of the tub and shower was clean which is what's important. Breakfast was kind of the typical hotel breakfast, and the coffee was good. Staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was a little chilly for an indoor pool which was a bit of a bummer but not a big deal. Overall, our stay was really good."

"Always wonderful experience! Very clean, accommodating and great little coffee shop. If you have your pet with you, they absolutely make sure they get lots of attention also. "

"We came in late, staff was welcoming, helpful and very courteous. Room was cool and clean, AC worked well. Breakfast was sufficient, with decent choices. We would definitely choose this Microtel location again. "

"The staff were okay but the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was good. The pool was not so good. The pool backs up to a wooded area and there was a lot of debris and bugs, including a couple spiders floating on the pool surface. I used a skimmer to clean it before I used it. "

"Waffles were great. Great ice machine. Good location near The Sportsplex. Slight funky smell in the room. "

"The room was very musky smelling and furniture was very out dated and old. The door on our bathroom had severe water damage to it. Will not be staying here again! "
