「Beautiful hotel located in the historic district of Bethlehem. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the guys parking cars and directing you to the parking lot to the receptionist as you check-in. The person who checked us in was particularly wonderful as she made the extra effort to talk to my daughter about the college she is attending, her major, etc. The personal touch was very much appreciated. 「 we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door.
