「Keurig hotel in nieuwstaat. Inrichting is eenvoudig maar wel netjes. In z'n algemeenheid geldt hier dat de prijs-prestatie zeer in orde is. Zeker aanbevolen.」

「On pouvait pas avoir mieux pour notre séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux et les services mis à disposition sont au top. L’espace bien-être a particulièrement été apprécié, tous les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement, tout était parfait. Très grande variété de très bons produits pour le petit déjeuner. On recommande à 100% pour tout type de séjour, vous y trouverez votre compte si votre objectif est de profiter d’un magnifique endroit pour vous reposer. 」

「The hotel has antique charm, with exposed wooden beams and a beautiful enormous spiral staircase in a turret, which leads up to the guestrooms. There is a beautiful shaded garden restaurant, though be sure to reserve well in advance for dinner. It's right in the heart of the old cobblestoned town, a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and town ramparts.」

「This was a highlight of our 2-week trip to France. The chatelet and property are just beautiful, and, as a musician, the history of the property was just magical. The host is so welcoming and generous with her advice about local attractions. She made us dinner reservations at a charming bistro that was the best meal of our trip, and sent us on the most wonderful local drive. Breakfast was perfect. If you are near Compiegne, you won’t regret a night or 2 or 3 at the Villa du Chatelet.」

「已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。 旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。 當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。 我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。 感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。」
