"The only best part was the ocean view. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not so clean. No amenities...the bare minimum. Also, noisy with skating rink open into night."

"Randolph was excellent when we arrived. During our stay the hotel was implementing a new key card service and, unfortunately, had some hiccups with it. Randolph and Mellissa went out of their way to provide us with excellent service. They even made us, my wife and I, laugh a few times as they tried their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
