「I would like a full refund for my stay.... horrible conditions in the room, no hot water available, an abundance of mold, front desk was not very helpful. Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. 「Randolph was excellent when we arrived. During our stay the hotel was implementing a new key card service and, unfortunately, had some hiccups with it. Randolph and Mellissa went out of their way to provide us with excellent service. They even made us, my wife and I, laugh a few times as they tried their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. 「My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. 」
