"If you think the Tapestry Collection implies a step above the usual accommodations at, say a Hampton Inn, think again. This place was closer to a Tru - very austere and disappointing. I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones."

"The only best part was the ocean view. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not so clean. No amenities...the bare minimum. Also, noisy with skating rink open into night."

Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our room. "
