「If you think the Tapestry Collection implies a step above the usual accommodations at, say a Hampton Inn, think again. This place was closer to a Tru - very austere and disappointing. I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones.」

「Honestly the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The maid service and cleaning crew for the common areas were amazing. Shore hotels are never this clean and the staff are never this friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it just keeps getting better. For reference I travel on average twice a month that requires a hotel stay and this place is the best.」

「Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
