「A wonderful stay for our family for 2 weeks in the French Countryside. Betty runs a wonderful hotel, with a fantastic staff and a spectacular restaurant! Great food in a stunning space, with so many natural ingredients grown on property or in the area. The Castle is old school, historic, rustic, but lovely. The grounds are stunning and special. Nathan was a brilliant manager and breakfast there is fabulous and a piece of artistry. Thank you for the wonderful stay. 」

「Only one night. Arrived late but still had a lovely meal. So dinner bed breakfast and on the road.」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, ci ha offerto la stanza nel cottage allo stesso prezzo perché la nostra aveva una scala ripida per accedervi e con una neonata non ce la sentivamo. Colazione fantastica, tutto local e di qualità! Anche qui massima flessibilità, nonostante siamo arrivati dopo l’orario della colazione, non hanno avuto problemi a servirci. Il posto è incantevole」

「Beautiful hotel on the side of the river, lovely garden, outdoor sitting area. We stayed in a suite in the old mill building, it was lovely & spacious, very comfy bed. Perfect location for visiting Monet’s Garden and other quaint villages around. Highly recommend. 」

「Loved the Green House. The owners are super cool. Easy check in and the room is amazingly big for French standards. Of course there’s a towel heater. You can walk to the Château La Roche-Guyon in about 6 mins. Lovely little town with a great Boulanger (super nice owner), a brasserie with a great terrasse. Didn’t have time to check out the crêperie or pizza place. Ask about a 2 for 1 coupon for entrance to the Château. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. 」
