「We have been to this property several times over the years. This day had good points, but the lack of staff this time made this a negative experience. We stayed only two nights our room was never cleaned by housekeeping, we did not have do not disturb on the door. Had to ask for towels. Our air-conditioning in our room did not work, this happened before to us. When traveling with children you need a good nights sleep and when it’s 80° in your room, it’s difficult. The pool area and lazy river...

「Fairly new facility, still being built. Minimal furniture - no side tables or a chair to go with the table. Large drapes cover the ac, making it run continuously. House keeping could be better - the bed was not made, just covered with the duvet.」

「Rooms smell of stale cigarette covered with Lysol even though I asked for a non smoking room. Fridge had moldy pizza that had been there for who knows how long. Smoke alarm was not connected to wall and battery was removed. Walls have stains and holes throughout room. Bathroom was a step up from a gas station restroom. Carpet had stains throughout floor. I am 99.99% sure no one ever cleaned the room and if they did that is horrifying. Security lock on door was non existent and rain water was...
