- Room not cleaned / towels not replaced despite multiple requests. - TV did not work yet technician never came (also requested). - Shower ran constantly varying from cold to scolding hot. - Room very warm, no temperature control.

If you're accustomed to air conditioning this is not the place for you. We were miserable all night long! Even after the staff were kind enough to switch our room it was still unbearablely hot to us but besides that everything else was good

Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz
All good, breakfast was 27 euro so we didn't try it. Room was clean, sheets fantastic cotton. Tv only had German speaking channels, and no option for Netflix sign in. Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. ...
