First time in Berlin and it was a pleasant stay! Very much conveniently close to public transportation (ex. Nollendorfplatz train) and minutes away from the gay bars. The room was clean and daily housekeeping. Check in details were pretty straightforward (digital check in card) and you are also given a physical one. Water pressure in bathroom was superb and the room was spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The hotel in generel was nice. Location very good and the room and bed nice. But the aircondition was not working, could not cool down, had like 28 degree in my room at night. The reception sent staff to fix it, but was still not working. Got another room, same problem, 28 degree at night…. A little too hot for me to sleep. Maybe not the hotel to choose if in summer time.

It was a nice property and the hotel was clean. Very close to public transport. However, my air conditioner did not work and I had to deal with extremely hot temperatures. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do when I reported it to them. I wouldn’t stay here during summer months.
