Einfach und gut in ruhiger Umgebung

Trotz Messe günstig, ordentlicher 3-Sterne-Standard, alles ruhig und sauber, Zimmer eher groß mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, Matratzen sehr gut. Natürlich gibt es nur Busverbindungen, S Halensee ist ca. 1,3 km weg - aber auch die führen schnell Richtung Innenstadt oder Flughafen Tegel. Der christliche Geist ist unaufdringlich positiv sichtbar, Personal am Empfang hilfreich.

It was ok. My colleague liked this place, personally it was a bit out of the way, not central, not my thing. As it was a hostel, it had a few things which on business was a bit strange like paying for WiFi. Didn't like the food too much. Each to their own I suppose. It was clean though and staff were nice. I found the bed uncomfortable as the pillows were too big, but I have a bad back. Also curtains were transparent white, pretty useless. Glad I had an eyemask with me. So as I said, some people like my colleague would like it, I just felt it a bit uncomfortable and would have preferred a different place.

Sauber, freundlich, mitten in Grunewald, Top

Sollten wir nochmal nach Berlin fahren, dann werden wir dort wieder wohnen, ein toller Service mitten in Berlin(Kostenlose Parkplätze) ein super Biergarten tolles Zimmer (es gibt auch Jugendgästezimmer = art Jugendherberge nur viel besser) mitten in Grunewald ca.10 Min. Gehweg zur S-Bahn wenig Verkehr (ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da das Grundstück sehr weitläufig und eingezäunt ist) wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit, dort können aber auch welche ausgeliehen werden, Berlin ist eine Fahrrad freundliche Stadt , nur 3 Km zur Messe und 8km zum Wannsee. Ca.5km vom Kuhdamm entfernt ,dann ist man mitten in Berlin. Da es ein altes Villenviertel ist, ist es sehr geflegt und sauber. Die Anwohner sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Angestellten waren sehr bemüht gewesen uns Strecken und Restaurants zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war für Berliner Verhältnisse recht günstig (10,- allinklusive.). Es gibt eine offene Kirche ,ist aber kein muß.

Good architecture

The building was noticeable compared to other hotel near there. The ambiance of the hotel was very comforting and relaxing. However, there were no free wifi. It wasn't that expensive but felt a bit inconvenient.
