Shared bathrooms were cleaned on tbe regular. Although the mixed showers were missing locks on most of the doors. Discounted food and drinks at the bar was a nice bonus. Easy access to transportation...right outside is an s stop. Easy walk to Alexanderplatz.
Amazing value, not a fan of hostels but this was the best yet. Modesty curtains across the beds are a big improvement to comfort and feeling of safety!
The room was warm and beds were comfortable. Although the toilet and shower reportedly be cleaned 3 times a day, I found them usually dirty. Obviously, it needs more frequent cleaning.

Location is really good, close to everything.
However, this hostel is very dirty and smells bad. The hallways smell of damp/mold.
The toilets are dirty, there was even no toilet paper left by early evening.
I’ll not coming back to this hostel. Please, take inspiration from Generatir or Three Little Pigs. They're great!

Nice room, great location
Perfect location, underground just outside. Room was ok, bit out of date. Lots of small details what was not that nice, like carpet everywhere very dirty and broken. Nearly every toilet was without handpaper, hand dryers didnt work. In showers many locks on doors were broken etc
I often read all the reviews and laugh because people go to a hostel and expect Hilton. This is clean and comfortable hostel with good facilities. I stayed several days and was more than happy with my bed (comfortable, clean sheets and privacy curtain), showers (clean with soap and running hot/cold water), and location (central and next to transport). Staff were pleasant and helpful. That's all I wanted and needed from this place, and it very much delivered. Of course, you can't control what others do in the room but that's reflection on individual guests and not the hotel. I had my earplugs and I was happy as because I did not hear anyone. So, I highly recommend this place based on my experience.
The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hostel has a bar, it's usually very crowded and noisy, but i coudn't here none of the noise from my room. The lockers in the room were very small, backpacks didn't fit and they did't work with regular locks, you had to rent one in the reception.
They don't keep your luggage for free after checkout or before check in, you can leave it in a luggage store next door. The system was confusing and didn't work well but the staff from hostel was very nice fixing it for me.

So many years after Covid, their locker still doesn’t take card payment. They also required a 2euro deposit for the key upon checkin. I got an email saying I should check in online to avoid waiting in line, but I still had to wait in line (not too long thankfully) and they checked my id again. I also had to fill out a form required by their government. I feel like the online check in was somewhat unnecessary.
Europeans should also work on their accessibility. To access the elevator, one needs to go up a spiral staircase. Their elevator can go to the ground floor but the entrance is locked from inside, so you can only leave but not enter the elevator from ground floor.
The room and the common areas are spacious. However, both the sink and the bathtub drain very slowly.
When we were first given a room, we discovered it wasn’t cleaned yet. So we returned to the front desk and were given a new room (booked a private twin bed x2). Room was clean, large and we were impressed by the nice bathroom and full kitchen (shared only with 1 other room).
A very nice hostel experience. We noted that it wouldn’t be the best to book if you were looking for more of a community vibe or to mingle with fellow travellers (with booking the private rooms at least) as you don’t really come into contact with anyone else in your area/ locked off section.
The sound proofing was quite bad for the private twin rooms/ area as well. We could hear everything from within our locked room (people talking in the next room, if anyone was using the bathroom down the hall etc).
But overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider booking this hostel in the future.

Not good value for money
I stayed at St. Christopher’e Inn at Alexanderplatz for two nights at a female dorm with 4 beds.
Comfortable and welcoming check-in and check-out. The staff was really polite and very efficient.
The dorm was very small so there was not enough space for the luggage of four of us. There was only one bathroom for 8 people next to the two dorms. There was one more female bathroom but far away.
The beds didn't have any privacy curtains around them and the carpet on the floor was dirty and old. The bed sheet, pillow and duvet were very clean.
Cleaning standards were not so high but we had a small private kitchen for only the two female dorms.
Location is excellent right next to Alexanderplatz with a metro stop just outside the hostel.
I didn't like the fact that I had to enter a sports English bar to reach the reception and enter the hostel dorms area.
Compared to other hostels I have stayed this would not be my choice again as the value for money was not worth the high price.

The bedroom was old but huge for four bunk beds only two of which were occupied. The bar area was packed with happy travellers.
The bed, toilets, showers, rooms are very old and ready for a makeover.
Breakfast is a joke. Ham and cheese is pretty much all you get, and the cheapest orange juice I have had.
I would stil reccomend it.
They do need to work on being serviceminded.
