Impressive Experience

I was really surprised that the hotel prepared a birthday card with a small souvenir and a drink on my birthday during my stay. The facilities are good and staff are friendly.

酒店沒冷氣，向前臺反映及要求提供風扇，員エ態度惡劣，有些歧視亞洲人！房間有煙味，不清潔，以後不會再入住。

Good location but cleanliness needs to be improved

Our family stayed there for 4 nights. The room that we were first given was filled with cigarette smell. We requested another room and that room was dusty and dirty, dirty water kettle, weak wifi. We were told that the AC was not working in the whole hotel. Not until we talked to the Hotel Manager and were given a better room on our second night. The hotel manager is professional but cleanliness and overall service of the hotel need to be improved.

Nous avons séjourner en famille pour 3 nuits. Lorsque nous avons eu la possibilité de faire le check in en ligne, nous nous sommes aperçus que ce n etait pas la chambre demandée qui nous était donnée. Nous devions avoir 2 twins bed et un lit double, nous avons eu un divan lit simple et un lit double en plus d avoir une suite pour personne a mobilite reduite. Lorsque nous prenions notre douche il y avait de l eau partout et comme la pente de la douche c etait pas bien faite l eau se rendait sur le tapis. De plus, le chauffe serviette où se trouvait les serviettes etait hyper poussierieux. Pour le reste, le personnel etait super gentil et serviable. Les chambres n etaient pas super insonorisee... on entendait dans les chambres voisines.

Not as comfortable as we had hoped. The air conditioner did not work and we could not keep the windows open because they faced the street and restaurant patio . The fridge did not cool items sufficiently. The bathroom was not very clean. We were woken up by another guest down the hall at 6:30 in the morning because he decided that was a good time to practice his violin.

The staff was completely rude and the air conditioning was not working. Supposedly, however it had been broken for days without an end in sight, the hotel was extremely hot and nothing was offered in a way of a refund for our terrible experience. We were just met with rude staff and no solutions.

The hotel AC didn’t work, they wouldn’t tell you in advance even though it’s 33 degrees. They offered a 20$ discount for 3 days and one free “ice-cream” that was a melted year old popsicle then charges you 7$ when you ask for water. The beds are the most uncomfortable bed we stayed in the whole trip. Not to mention the “pull out bed” is actually half an ikea couch with no real mattress or pull out matress or pillow include

Spacious (standard room, twin beds) but first floor room means you can hear all the outside street noise and conversations. Also sometime wrong with the bathroom sink not draining normally (this made brushing your teeth slightly challenging, we opted to use the one in the toilet room after the night). The toilet is a separate room from the bathtub/showers, both slightly elevated. Reminds me of cruise ships. Overall decent but could be better. Berlin focuses on sustainability, water is potable direct from sink water.

Location and breakfast is good. AC/heating system broken for several months now so not good at all. Heard that signs stating that repairs are in the works have been there for some time now. Not sure whats the deal with maintenance but be ready to request a few fans for your summer trip. Ask if the AC/heating system issue has been resolved before booking...

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, perfekt gelegen grad für Ausflüge um die Stadt zu erkunden. Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz, Juden Denkmal, Brandenburger Tor...alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Haltestelle firekt vor Ort. Lokale um Essen zu gehen oder zum Einkaufen auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück im Hotel isz sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr große und echte Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden, besonders aber der Frühstückscrew (Dom. Republic!). Dickes Lob dafür! Frühstück war gut und umfangreich. Housekeeping war schlampig! Leider ist es nachts so schrecklich laut (Innenhof), dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Laute Diskussionen der vor der nebenan gelegenen Bar wartenden Mietwagenfahrer bis 02:00H, nächtliche Entsorgung leerer Flaschen in Glascontainer, Anlieferung für Lidl ab 05:00H usw. Es war nachts andauernd Lärm! Auch beim Frühstück war ein extrem hoher Lärmpegel durch schreiende und rumrennende Kinder und Erwachsene. Ab 08:00H gab es lange Wartezeiten (bis 40 Min.) beim Frühstück, da die Plätze absolut nicht ausreichten.
