特别好的一个酒店，服务很到位，地理位置特别好，相对逛街来说；床特别大特别舒服，放假空间也很大，唯一不足check out时等的有点儿久了.ps：他们家自己生产队洗发露和护发素特别好用

De kamer was uitstekend. Wij zaten aan de achterkant en hielden het raam 's nachts dicht want je hoort de S-bahn wel langskomen. De ligging is ook top. Vanuit het vlakbij gelegen station Zoo ben je snel waar je zijn moet. De verlichting in de badkamer is "romantisch"; weinig licht. Het is wel een Nespresso apparaat maar geen Nespresso cups :-( De badjassen en de handdoeken zijn hun zachtheid kwijt. Het personeel is super behulpzaam.

This was my second visit to Zoo Hotel and I will definitely return. It's a beautifully decorated building with luxury rooms, a brilliant bar and breakfast, approachable and helpful staff and the best lounge for relaxing in. Also, an ideal base for discovering Berlin away from the usual overly tourist areas.

Great Location - lovely Hotel
Fabulous hotel in the centre of Berlin and great location. Great room and very spacious and clean with quirky art in each room. Hotel bar and restaurant fabulous and breakfast was lovely.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll gerade jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit dekoriert. So eine schöne Lobby habe ich selten gesehen. Alles war Gut fussläufig oder mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen.

Super service. Zoo var hovedmålet, så beliggenhed er perfekt. At der så er så tæt på gode madsteder, stort julemarked og fmabge butikker er bare bonus.

Ich war jetzt das 3 oder 4 Mal hier. 1. Es war am Abend und am Morgen laut, vor allem wegen den Handwerkern`Ab 08.00?, 2. Ich wollte als Hotelgast am Abend in die Bar und wurde von zwei sehr unhöflichen Türstehern gehindert, bzw. ihre Arroganz war nervig. Braucht man wirklich nicht

The hotel is pretty. But on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays there’s a lot of club noises and if you are a light sleeper like I am, it is not ideal. Overall, this hotel is a nice place but the hundred euros a night extra that they charge as a security fee is not ideal in addition to one of the highest taxes I have experience in Europe.

Great hotel. Strange elevator
Excellent hotel but it has a strange elevator that flashes at you when you take it to their room. Would not stay again just because of that.

Clean nice room, comfortable bed and all the commodities required. Noise level was low. Good bar and location. Only thing I did not enjoy was the flashing lights in the elevators, that was quite silly.

I weekenderne er der gang i baren med høj musik og hvis man har værelse ud til gården giver det meget støj til kl 2 om natten. Resten af ugen er der virkelig fredeligt.
