the room was clean, however the window didnt fully close so at night it'd get cooler than you'd expect. the path to the room required going up some steep stairs with a foul old smell. breakfast is 12 euros so didnt take it. its very close to a metro station which is one station away from the s bahn.

Well located, 2 min from U-bahn and busses. Clean, well organaized and had everything needed for a short stay.

Couldn't enter my room, key card error

My key card stopped working during the evening, I couldn't enter my room after the reception had closed. No emergency phone number. Worst hotel experience ever! Room itself was extremely basic. No curtains and you couldn't stand up in the shower because of a slanted roof. Only offered a voucher, no refund.

The accommmdation was located in Berlin om the Kurfurstendamm. Perfrct for seeing Berlin. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the state of the hotel is rather old. Beds are not really comfortable and although it is quiet from the outside, on the inside you can here everything. Price quality is ok.

Stay away from this hotel. It smells, the staff are rude, the carpet is like wood, the walls are yellow in need of paint and have holes in. The room only got cleaned once on a three day stay, the towels are rough and the amenities in the rooms don’t work

Even though it is located on a main avenue in the center of Berlin... on the Max Mara store... however, it is the worst structure, a mousetrap, that I have ever touched in my life... That's not a hotel, not even one star... that's the back of a dump!! The horrible walls, the beds fall, the Wi-Fi is defective, I even had to connect the TV myself... there is no air conditioning, the bathroom with a dirty curtain and all stained... no soap, not even to wash your hands... .. terrible .. I think that a barracks in a jail is better .. Separately from all this, without prior notice, the room that I was given did not even have normal and safe access... a spiral staircase without walls and from where you can see the shaft of the elevator shaft... so that they could give me another room Horrible, they charged me €50 more in cash and without issuing a receipt... I would like you to refund me half (at least) of what I paid.. It's not fair to be cheated like this.. Friendly staff but with no hotel training. In the end they gave me an option for breakfast!! It was something .. !! Expidia should be more carefull with The strictures you offer! I feel cheatted!! I Have The photos of that structure if you want i can send It to you!!
