Perfect hotel near Messe Berlin. I ve been at the hotel for the last 5 years but I think the pool area should be included in the roomcosts. Think this is a sellingpoint and hope it will be included.

This is a very pleasant and priately owned hotel in the western part of Berlin. Conventiently located close to many immediate walkable adventures, idealy located close to Deutsche Bahn Spandau train station and the closest subway station not even 5 minutes away. Very safe area with great little ethnic restaurants

A nice small hotel in a family neighborhood. Clean rooms, excellent beds and nice bathrooms. Well run and pleasant front desk. Good for business but few amenities. Ideal for Messe a 15 minute easy walk.

Restaurant war abend geschlossen ohne Vorabinfo
Service, Sauberkeit waren gut. Ärgerlich war, dass das Restaurant am Abend geschlossen war und wir vorgängig NICHT darüber informiert wurden. Wir waren geschäftlich in Berlin und wären sehr froh, gewesen, wenn wir das Abendessen im Hotel hätten einnehmen können.

Udmærket hotel i rolige omgivelser.
Hotellet er fint, værelset var lidt besværligt indrettet men det fungerede. Største skuffelse var, at man i modsætning til tidligere år pludselig skulle betale 6 Euro, hver gang man ville benytte swimmingpoolen!

Dear Henrik, Thank you very much for your useful evaluation. Due to the massive rise of energy cost especially the operation of a heated swimming pool becomes far more expensive than the past years. Thank you so much for your evaluation and the compliment for our staff. I am sorry however to learn that you were dissatisfied with the water temperature of the pool. According to our computerized pool system the temperature is constantly between 28 and 30 degree Celsius. I could not find any disturbance but will keep an eye on it.

Beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city
from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Thornton, I knew the stay was going to be memorable. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Messe where I had to go. Breakfast was very nice and could sit outside to enjoy the meal.

Rigtigt dejligt hotel i rolige omgivelser med skøn pool. Vi spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet (også lidt dyrt) og benyttede ej heller restauranten. Eneste lille besværlighed var, at man skulle låne et adgangskort i receptionen hver gang poolen skulle benyttes.

Dear Henrik, Thank you very much for your positive evaluation. Concerning the access card for the swimming pool there is an easy explanation: we take care that no more than 5 rooms can access the pool at the same time. thus guaranteeing an enjoyable use of the facilities without beeing overcrowded.

Alles absolut sauber. Geräumiges Badezimmer sowie Wohn-/Schlafraum. Obwohl wir nur ein Standardzimmer gebucht hatten, haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, dass Junior Suite Charakter hatte. Pluspunkt: Das Schwimmbad mit Gegenstromanlage.
