「Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.」

「This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and if they are all like this one, it won’t be the last. I was extremely impressed with this hotel! My room felt like a one bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, the hotel is modern, which I love, the gym is very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean.」

「I really enjoyed this hotel. It was centrally located and allowed me ten minute walks to two specific places I was wanting to see. It was also close to the 6 mile trolly line which made it easy to access. The hotel was laid out nicely so it was always easy to find my room. It was very clean. I wish the restaurant menu and costs were available on their website or in the rooms. I would highly recommend AC Marriott downtown Kansas City, Missouri.」

「What a great and unexpected experience. I’ve stayed all over downtown and have found my go to. I’ll be back for sure.」

「EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!」

「Truly enjoyed our stay!」

「Very good!」

「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」

「Free parking lol」
