「Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop. We really enjoyed staying there and would defenitely do so again if the...

「A wonderful hotel close to Bergamo, some 15/20 min from Milan Bergamo airport. It had everything our family required for a comfortable week stay: free car park, nice staff, large and well equipped rooms, reasonable breakfast and even a laundry room. This hotel is in a small village but there is a supermarket next door and all main sites like Milan, Verona and the lakes within easy reach by a car. We paid extra to use kitchenette which was well equipped and allowed us to cook simple stuff....

「飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。」

「服务员和房间都不错。 就是太靠近机场了，噪声还是很大的。 除非像我这样需要凌晨赶飞机的，还是可以选其他酒店。」

「The room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening. We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town. Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isn’t a reception. We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. 」
