The public bath is always full and did not have a chance to experience the onsen bath. There is a lack of amenities (eg facial wash, lotion, cream) and only available upon request (but is understandable). Some guests were very loud and rude in public areas as if they own the hotel. No wonder there ...

Beppu SUGINOI HOTEL
Very good hotel, clean , beautiful, big room. 3 onsen bath. Good foods , I love the arcade area and the bowling . Good for family with kids. Staffs are nice too. 10 mins from Beppu station , they have shuttle bus to pick you up

바다뷰였는데 정말 정말 너무 멋졌습니다! 욕조도 따로 있어서 온천욕 하기에 너무 좋았습니다! 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 공간도 넓고 좋았습니다! 식사도 너무 맛있었습니다! 아침, 저녁 모두 만족스러웠고 맛있었습니다! 저녁은 꼭 드셔보세요^^

Beppu Hattou Onyado Nono Beppu
뱃부역과 가깝고 시설도 깨끗하지만 작은 부분에 대한 배려까지 최고입니다. 신발을 벗고 호텔내 생활을 한다는 것이 익숙하지 않지만 편리했습니다
