「I booked through Hotels.com and had to change the days of my stay. I did it with the virtual assistant but that didn’t work out so great. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my itinerary but they never got it. Good thing Mark was there. He still gave me a room and I was able to spend time with my son who is a new resident at Bethany. I don’t think I will be using the third party again. 「The room was great. The bed was not too hard or too soft. It was goldie locks. The grounds are beautiful but some of the landscaping needs work. The pool was fabulous. Its clean and good seating and sunning lounges around it. Staff were helpful, nice and gracious. 」
