"We were greeted with a smile & guest box. The stay was comfortable but the floors had not been fully cleaned. I walked barefoot & ended up with a black foot from all the dirt. Good thing guest slippers were provided. Otherwise, it was cleaned as expected. There was only one garbage can, so requested the can be dumped. I was told housekeeping cleans every 3 days. I received the 2 extra towels & chased housekeeping down for another bag in exchange for garbage. We had 3 adults & was given 4 towels,...

"This hotel s beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean, temperature was perfect and the grounds were inviting. The location is perfect at the center of town.The staff was accommodating and we are looking forward to returning to this property!"
"The property manager communicated well before my stay and was very welcoming and informative upon my arrival. The room was spacious and aesthetic, with an especially large shower that included a sitting platform. The landscaped grounds were attractive and there was ample parking proximal to the room. Moreover, the location was excellent for Taos Plaza, restaurants, Kit Carson Blvd., and hiking. All but hiking was available via a quick walk and mountain hiking was a very reasonable drive. Breakfast was good, but boring. The same thing every day. I recommend more variety in the egg/quiche dish and fruit."
