「The only decent thing was that it was clean. Broken doors, broken remote, broken lamp, was frightening pulling in with people that seemed to be just hanging out. Maybe they lived there in a room. All kinds of what appeared to be junk all around run down buildings. 」

「Owner was very kind and gracious. The accommodation was a bit overlooked with attention. We had spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, and there was no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. We had a nice breakfast, and the Inn itself was old and had some charm. The grounds had lovely flower beds. The bed was only a double size, but it was comfortable. 」

「Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy.
