「Ideally located right next to the main area of Skegness for easy access to the beach, rides, bars and arcades. Overall nice and clean place with easy access via the key box. Room is basic but comfortable, shower was terrible, but that's the only thing that let it down really. For the price paid I would definitely stay again. 」

「Great stay and host was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. Overall a great stay and highly recommended 」

「This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. 「The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. 」

「Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking.
