「Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung müsste erneuert werden, aber die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Uns hat vor allem die Animation genervt. Muss es bis 21:00 Uhr Kinderdisco in der Bar geben? Danach noch Kinder-Karaoke für 3-6 Kinder im Alter von 3-10 Jahren, unterstützt von 4 Animateuren. Selbst in der großzügigen Lobby konnte man sich durch Lärm nicht vernünftig unterhalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist top und der Blick aus dem Fenster über den Golfplatz auf Meer...

J'adore cet hôtel, cette suite, cette vue sur la mer, ces sourires, les spectacles juste WAOUH. Je vous conseille de passer par le Jaz El Khalef un 5 étoiles qui les méritent vraiment.」

「Wonderful stay- I only had breakfast but it was really good with a variety of local fare and international foods. Staff is helpful and the Spa is TOP NOTCH! 」

「Overall the hotel is nice, would I stay here again, probably! Not a lot of entertainment on around the pool, the food is better than other hotels I’ve been in! Only down fall for me personally was the cleaner off the room, either the room wasn’t cleaned or when it was the only thing that was done was the bed had been made our jarmas where just chucked on top of our cases, never replenished the toilet paper have to ask for extra every day as none was giving to us.」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「Il s’agit d’un formidable hôtel ! Les gens du personnel sont extrêmement accueillants et gentils ! Les installations sont excellentes. Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Un merci tout spécial au maître d’hôtel du restaurant italien et au serveur Saber. Ils ont été très chaleureux et aux petits soins avec nous !」
