"The only unique thing about this hotel is its 6 AM check-in, which is rare to find elsewhere. We checked in around 7:30 AM, assuming we could check out between 9:30 to 10 AM the next day since their listed check-out time was 11 AM. However, when I asked about the checkout timing, I was given vague responses like, "We will inform you." Later that night, they finally informed me that only a 24-hour stay was allowed. "The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"
