Great motel with helpful staff
Motel staff went above and beyond to help us. The room was laid out differently than most - and much better!!! A great place to stay.

I'm a pensioner who took her 4 grandchildren for an overnight stay. Unfortunately a can of coke was put in the freezer part of the bar fridge due to fridge not being cold, the can split and made a mess nothing major but I was told it stained. Because the 5 of us were squeezed into this tiny family room when cooking some toast for the children the smoke alarm constantly went off, no toast was burnt, no smoke. Then we were accused of taking the motel manual from the room, we never saw any manual and why would anyone want to take one of them. They took $200 from my account, disgusting behaviour from this so called business. See you at Vocat.

Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Unit fully equipped with Tv, jug, toaster crockery, , fridge, towels, shampoo, even toothpaste and brushes. Only shortcoming were 2 chairs in unit which were threadbare. I would readily stay again and recommend to my friends.

We recently booked 6 rooms for family, on the occasion of a family wedding. The location was great, the staff were very helpful in organising our rooms together, and providing a portacot for the baby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and lots of extras provided.

Very homey
This is a great motel, very homey and has everything a family could need. Comfy beds and warm blankets, microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster, kettle, the lot.

Reception was friendly and informative. Caroline gave us a room that best met the needs of 3 children and one adult. Rooms were very clean and well prepared, and well provisioned. The showers were terrific and the beds very comfortable. Highly commended.

I had a wonderful stay. Caroline was an absolute delight to deal with and was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this motel to others and hope to stay there in the future.

Great location and friendly staff. But it is on a busy road where the front rooms are noisy. I would specify a back room next time. Fantastic neon sign which I hope is preserved forever!

Only spoke to staff over the phone, for late check in early check out, very friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Bathroom could do with an update, but considering the cost of room was very affordable, not such a big deal. Would stay again.

A fairly basic motel, but it does its job, and is quite close to central Bendigo. The WiFi Internet was reliable and fairly fast (for Australia)
