「They were doing construction in the building we got stuck in. The bathroom could have been cleaner, the bathtub filled with water when I showered which indicates a slow drain. It was also noisy. 」

「I like a lot about this hotel. Clean property. Easy parking. Feels safe. Quiet. Grass and nearby paths for walking the dog. The XL room with one King, two Queens, and a large bathroom was very comfortable for my family and dog. Fireplace was a nice touch. Pub food was tasty and a good value. I wish check in (4pm) was an hour earlier. Would definitely return. 」

「Requested a ground floor room and got it....no noise from above or outside. Yes the bathroom was small but the room was spacious, clean and a comfortable bed...with a HUGE TV. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection and the outdoor pool was an added bonus.」

「I appreciate that Residence Inn welcomes canine guests though we left our boy home. It’s convenient location to downtown and shopping rates high in our book. I would encourage free parking for guests. 」

The next time we stay there, we will request another room as room 313 overlooked all of the machinery that runs the hotel (air conditioners, etc. We would ask for a lower floor also. The staff was excellent; friendly, helpful, and always a smile on their face.」

「I was pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this hotel. No frills but clean and safe. Close to downtown Bend within 10-12 minutes…Safeway and Costco a stones throw away. Great brewery across the street with live music, several wonderful restaurants with minutes away. I would stay here again!」
