"I had a wonderful stay at Hospedería Pax.
The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. Since we do not speak Spanish, they kindly made phone calls on our behalf and helped us with anything we needed. Their willingness to assist us made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for.
On our first day, our train was delayed and we did not arrive until 11:20 PM. Despite the late hour, they waited for us and welcomed us with kindness.
It is true that on the first night there was a power outage affecting only our room, so we did not have heating or lights. However, the warmth and genuine care shown by the staff more than made up for this inconvenience.
Overall, the hospitality and kindness we experienced here left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
