「Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. 」

「Toda nuestra estancia fue genial. Ya directamente al entrar, a pesar de tener un pequeño problema con nuestro baño, en seguida nos ofrecieron otra habitación. Desde el hotel en si, las instalaciones, el desayuno, el pueblo, los alrededores...TODO. Claramente volveremos a este precioso hotel. Mi mujer, mi hija y yo hemos estado encantados. 「Lovely hotel with a fantastic aspect. Staff were exceptional and very friendly, Juan was a gem and could speak English. The room was spacious but not a lot of storage so had to live out a suitcase. Airconditioning decided to stop sending out cold air on the second last day. But weather was a little bit cooler only about 32. Swimming pool was lovely to jump into after travelling around. The restaurant had a nice breakfast not huge but nice and the evening meal was very Spanish some lovely dishes...
