A equipe de atendimento é muito simpática. O quarto é confortável. O chuveiro é de fácil manuseio, tem shampoo, condicionador de cabelo, secador de cabelo, hidratante corporal, tem bom tamanho, é bem claro e iluminado. Tem tomadas de fácil acesso ao lado da cama e sobre a bancada. A bancada tem bom tamanho, permitindo trabalhar confortavelmente. A janela é bem ampla, com vista sobre a cidade (pelo menos nos andares mais altos). Infelizmente, o centro da cidade está muito deteriorado

Hotel conta com 2 elevadores, 1 estava quebrado, então sempre tinha fila para pegar elevador, coisa de ficar mais de 15min esperando pra conseguir subir ou descer. O hotel conta com um morador do décimo quarto andar que é insuportável, cara muito chato e o serviço de limpeza marca as coisas na comanda sem que a você tenha consumido, não repuseram papel higiênico e na hora de trocar toalha deixou toalha faltando, hotel não tem estacionamento, tem parceria com o estacionamento e cobraram 20 por diária. De resto foi ok.
