"Rooms were comfortable, and microwaves would have made it even better. However, we didn’t like the half-door shower we used during the week. They do not provide a rollaway option so if you have a bigger family with smaller children, you’re going to have to bring an air mattress or something for your kids to sleep on. The amenities at the pool weren’t available every day. We went on weekdays, and the pool snack area was closed, so we couldn’t buy snacks from the family area, which was quite annoying. They also close the adult swim bars early due to it being slow, but I feel like at a resort if the staff is available, you should keep it open until close. Another issue was that everyone followed different guidelines. Some days, we could do things that we couldn’t on other days. We often asked the staff for help with activities like casino play and directions to certain places, but they would simply say, “I don’t know” or provide vague answers, which was frustrating at times. Despite these challenges, we had a great time overall. We definitely plan to bring our kids back during the week because the traffic was very slow, and it was extremely family-friendly. We mostly ate in the food court because it offered the best prices for a larger family. We have five people, but there were plenty of options, especially for older kids who aren’t picky eaters. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the checkout process was a breeze."
