"Property and staff are awesome. Just one note, I wanted to raise a concern regarding the chlorine level in the pool. My child experienced some serious discomfort — including vomiting and shortness of breath — shortly after being in the water. We also noticed other children around coughing heavily at the same time. This may indicate that the chlorine concentration was too high. I’d kindly ask your team to check and adjust the chemical levels to ensure it’s safe for all guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"Had a wonderful mid-week getaway with my wife for our anniversary. One regret was that we could only get 30-minute couples massages at the spa. I will have to book earlier next time. Very convenient to the charming Fairhaven area of Bellingham. Did have a problem with our living room TV. Could not access streaming services. TV in bedroom worked fine."

"Quiet and comfortable, and staff seemed extra careful to make sure everything worked - present, pleasant and responsive! One small issue is the Gym is a full gym next door - a plus, but the hours are limited to when it's open. Loved hot tub!"

"The staff at the desk, Speak Easy bar, cleaning crew were always friendly, helpful and prompt with a request. The room was large, comfy bed in a bedroom, updated bath, and kitchen. Very clean. I will stay again and seek a room away from the evening street noise. The earplugs were a nice perk! "
