「We loved the location just outside of town, so we could walk there. It was very quiet at night for a good night's rest. It was on a fairly busy road, but there was almost no traffic at night. Breakfast was very good with a specific hot option and many other cold options. We would definitely return again.」

「I had a lovely 2-night stay at the Heron Inn. Great staff; friendly and helpful. My room had a comfortable bed with good pillows and lots of light ( which matters to me). Loved being able to have coffee or tea whenever I wanted it from the dining room. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Lovely garden area for enjoying my coffee outside with the birds. I enjoyed an excellent 90 minute massage. I would stay there again.」

「Wow, I cannot say enough about my wife's and my stay, and it's rare for me to write a review (good or bad) for any property. The host is clearly a student of human behavior and accommodated our needs in unexpected, and most pleasing ways. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and home-cooked by the host, and his recommendations for local restaurants were impeccable. Of course the destination (Friday Harbor) is a no-brainer, but our accommodations were the icing on the cake. My wife and I will...
