「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「Nice view from terrace. Perfect service. Hotel manager is very nice and responsive. Location wise it is 15 mins walk to the old town. We had the family room with private terrace looking at the sea. It is very beautiful. There are stairs to walk but hotel staff are helpful with luggage.」

「Wonderful stay in the 3rd floor Orlando room. Loved the layout and design features of the apartment - we decided if we were ever looking for a studio apartment to live in, this place sets the standard. Very comfortable with so many conveniences. 「Guest House Cesic was clean, quiet and had a terrific view. Do not have your driver drop you off at stairs. Have him go to the street above the stairs. Much easier. Deka the house manager was terrific. She accommodated all of us with a smile. It was walking distance to bus stop to old town. So overall we had a great time here. 」

「Amazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception...

「New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.」

「I loved the front patio area complete with garden and an olive tree. Wished that I had more free time to sit out there with a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was spacious and well equipped. 「Very good hotel with its cleaniness, service quality, breakfast and friendly handsome staff. It was not far from the Dubrovnik old town that I could walk between the hotel and the old town. I will choose Hotel Lero again when I visit Dubrovnik.」

"本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。服務待加強。"
