"This is a very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were convenient. Only thing we didn't like was having to walk a maze to get to our hotel room from the elevator. But we were not going to complain since we were only staying one night."

"The hotel is next to the casino. There is plenty of parking. It's all open lot parking. At night the lots and the grounds are lit up like daytime and there is security driving around. Overall, the neighborhood is kind of seedy. I wouldn't venture outside of the casino area on foot. Check in with quick and easy. The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. It was renovated but I would say it's kind of average. Probably a two star. The bathroom was very well worn. Beds were comfortable. The sheets are clean. Everything in the room worked. The air conditioning was so so. During our stay it was very quiet. I don't think the hotel was very busy."

"Overall, we were pleased with our stay. However, guests should be aware that parking is not included in the nightly rate. The only options are valet parking at $55/night plus tax, or metered street parking (which there is very little of). Valet parking is handled by a third party (Metropolis parking systems) and is billed to your hotel account. The valet attendant was extremely accommodating for us (she allowed us to leave the car with them while we went to the Cardinals baseball game then pick it up after the game). With that said, the hotel was conveniently located near the baseball stadium. It was an easy 15 - 20 minute walk. The hotel staff was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice with an assortment of hot and continental choices. They breakfast area is off the lobby with ample seating. Our room was spacious and clean. The room is configured for extended stays with a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave & dishwasher). Housekeeping needs to periodically inspect the room to ensure items like utensils, plates, cups, etc. are available for guests use. Our room was missing all the utensils and some cups. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of if you plan an extended stay. The caulk around the shower basin (inside and out) needed a deep cleaning or replacement, otherwise the bathroom was nice."
