「Old property. Needs maintenance. Service very hit and miss. Have to take shuttle for breakfast. Beach nice. No drink service. Not worth the high price. 」

「Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it...

「I was told all rooms have been updated all the fixtures had rust, I had to clean the bathroom upon check in. Front desk employees were anything but helpful.」

「Property was not clean upon arrival. Issue was not handled in a timely manner/at all. Things listed close by are not accurate at all. Dock is nice if other 3/4 rentals are not occupied. Would not stay again. 」

Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key 」
