「The room AC/heater wasn't working properly. Bathroom locked were broken. Room were very occupied and dark. Lighting wasn't good. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay. Need much renovation. Furniture was very old fashioned.」

「No Kleenex, not even an empty box. Appeared to simply not be offered. No floor rug for outside of the tub/shower. Not very safe. No bathroom amenities at all. No soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. Good shower pressure though!」

「Bathrooms are so dated dingy and poor material condition. NOISEY PLACE NOISY ! partying next door til 2am Had to change rooms. Then Slamming Doors at 5-6 am.. both mornings after the move.. The doors a full ON slam , no Soft Close like a REAL Hotel. if you want rest and relaxation Don't STAY HERE. Drive elsewhere it will be worth it.」

「clean room. staff was super nice. wasn’t too bad on price for what you get. our room came with two beds, mini fridge, bathroom ofc, table, and two chair. the pool was too cold to get in but it was nice and clean. breakfast was pretty full! had some yummy things. 」

「The room appeared to be clean, but ended up killing a cockroach by the tv, had ants in our bathroom and our beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Best Western, but unfortunately not this trip.」

「Just know it’s a highway hotel, Jake brakes aren’t their fault. Still kinda noisy, and the property is showing signs of age. Kinda pricey for location, but helped cut trip from Tulsa to STL just right for an after work departure.」

「It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. There was perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and really moist corn muffins with homemade mango preservers! We were welcomed with fresh, homemade plum bread.
