「The staff for the most part are professional , polite and nice and helpful. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I’ve been here. I’ve had different front desk people tell me a work order has been put in . I’ve been here almost a month and it still doesn’t work. I have respiratory issues and I sleep with the help of a CPAP Machine. All manner of smoke comes through vents and through the air conditioning unit when off. And the hallway as well reeks of legal and illegal smoke fumes.」

「There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation.」

「The staff was friendly, and helped with the items we needed in our room. The thing that you put your luggage on was missing a leg, and they sent another one up to our room with some additional towels and a sheet for the pull out couch.」

「These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well.」

「Property well maintained. I appreciated the signs indicating where not to relieve pers, and impressed that there was no apparent per refuse in the available areas. (Someone is keeping tge property clean.) The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet. 」

「The indoor pool is clean no overly chlorine smell, the breakfast is very nice rooms clean」

「Couldn't even check in appears they don't take chime cards but didn't bother to say anything when I called to confirm my reservation and to pay over the phone said they don't take payments over the phone and don't accept cash either very other extended stay I have ever stayed at accepted chime cards or cash」
