「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. 「Very nice location, view of the bay is spectacular. Walking access to the hotel though will be challenging for the less able. The food overall was good except for two disappointing meals served to my wife, after complaining to the head waiter the matter was quickly resolved.」

「The Somerville is a lovely place to stay, with friendly, approachable, informative and attentive staff. Our superior double room was most comfortable and the shower had access to water that we actually understood! Gorgeous views. Fabulous areas both inside and out for relaxing. Sparkling pool. Steep walk up from the village, where there are good restaurants- tad tiring for we oldies! Would recommend. 」
