酒店整體管理一般，但是餐飲非常之好
首先我是一個經常出差的旅客，一年有300天住在酒店，經常使用hotels.com，我住過不同的四季酒店， 原本對他的印像是非常之好的 。 入住這個酒店第一個問題是，Hotels.com和四季酒店在提供價格上面有些混淆，因為在網站上面寫明可以入住時加訂早餐，但到了前台卻不可以，因前台的不專業及提供不了任何協助，而引起我的不滿及浪費了很長的時間，然後大堂經理突然出現，並用一總高傲的態度送早餐給你，來解決這個問題，感覺完全不是四季酒店應有的。 另外後來發現早餐的水準，在北京來說是非常之差，根本不到一線酒店的水平。 第三在整個中國來說，現在外賣非常之發展得很好，而我從來沒有聽過任何一間酒店，是不容許訂外賣的，就算寶格麗，半島，華爾道夫，麗思卡爾頓都可以，但是只有四季酒店為了方便自己的管理，而不容許，這是我所驚嘆的 ，寫數個電郵去投訴，但是大堂經理是把我的投訴推給餐飲總監，而不作任何回覆，他們請了我吃晚餐當作是一種補償， 為了不讓餐廳經理難做而接受， 但其實作為一個常客，並不是要求免費晚餐。 到最後總體來說，中和西餐的水準都非常之高，管理及服務亦很好，但四季酒店這種管理，北京令我對其他上海，香港及澳門的四季酒店有很大的落差， 感覺管理層完全只為了自己的方便，並沒有照顧客人的感受，亦都沒有提供給客人一種酒店的溫暖，只是把酒店的工作，作為純粹的一份職業

Perfect stay
The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for us to go to various attractions in Beijing, with not much time wasted in traffic jams. The staff are extremely helpful and customer oriented, no matter they are from Guests Experience, restaurants and room services. 酒店稍稍显旧，但还是非常喜欢。房间的可带走随身水杯很贴心，国内酒店比较少看到。房间的沐浴用品ETRO的品牌，欧舒丹的卸妆面巾很喜欢！不太喜欢的是泳池设计水深渐变式，浅水区估计最深1米，太浅了。

So far the best hotel that I have stayed in Beijing. The house keeping is excellent and offer personalized care and great attention to detail. The concierge offer help in getting us taxi everyday, which other 5 stars hotel in Beijing cannot offer. Excellent experience overall !

小疏失讓完美中出現小缺憾
1. 感謝早餐服務人員每天主動貼心的服務年邁的雙親包含特別提供素食服務。 2. 從訂房開始即展現專業的服務，酒店的設備亦維護都很到位。 3. 美中不足的是，第二天收走水果用的刀、盤後，就沒再補充了，讓我無法好好享用酒店提供的水果， 　而二間房的其中一間房, 枕頭也未如訂房後溝通更換乳膠枕。 4. 最後，就是淋浴間的水壓真的是稍微小了點。

員工很熱心! 整體都很好! 泳池最低是1米, 很合小孩. SPA 方面裝潢和程序上比較簡單了些. 套房內的房間空調如果可以再流通些更好.
