酒店没可以打开的窗户，空气比较难流通，这是缺点；但体贴入微的服务还是值得赞赏。早餐时的服务员特别贴心，不停的询问需要的饮料，增加的东西；酒店里参观了独有“臆想仓库”，还是很惊艳的

好的地方太多了 拜託大家要住三里屯的話不要錯過（瑜舍私心覺得舊了些 且員工素質不優） 以下講點小毛病 希望酒店員工能看到 1. 電視畫質極差 且聲音各台落差大 2. check in很快速便利 staff也挺親切 但後面沒客人等待check in時 卻無法簡單帶位到電梯（電梯位置略偏僻 易勿闖餐廳） 3. 早餐7:30才開始 對去長城等ㄧ早趕車行程很不方便

在三里屯旁購物飲食散步是個好地方。早餐屬套餐的形式有點不太習慣，還有浴室與廁所間的位置配置有點怪。洗熱水有時冷有時熱。整體飯店有文青的氛圍。

I did not like the smell of all the towels, it smells like meat in the kitchens. The lighting is too low amd in the room, so cannot see well enough. Also the night light on always on, so i cannot sleep well. The place is very sheek and beautiful. The service is great too. Location outside the hotel is not great, but after a few minites walk, there are food court and amazing shopping mall area that are unbelievable.

What a great hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a true 5star experience from arrival to checkout! It’s walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was so comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel! Also I wanted to make special mention of Athena Ma. Who was an absolute pleasure and so professional. She went above and beyond for me during my stay. The entire team was just lovely and provided such great service! I will be staying again and recommending this hotel to future travelers visiting Beijing! Thank you!!🙏

Awesome hotel
Room was very spacious, 2 queen beds, sofa coffee table sitting area, separate desk with a lid that opens out into a dressing table mirror, 2 closets for hanging clothes, lots of snacks, mini fridge with everything in it - juice, beer, soft drinks, probiotics - all FOC except wine, bedroom slippers, bath robes, iron and board, 2 hairdryers!

Never Stay Anywhere Else
The Chao is absolutely my favorite hotel in Beijing. Brand new and clean. The design throughout the facility is impeccable. Friendly 24 hour staff and quick check-ins (rare in China) make the experience very easy.

Booked this hotel for a leisure day. I went to the hotel at 5pm, but when I get there, they told me that the room is not ready yet. I was so shocked that as a 5-star hotel, they should not make the mistakes like this. So the manager talked to me and upgrade my room for free. Overall , the hotels is good. You can take some great pictures in this hotel

Lovely stay in CHAO
I’m coming with my family, despite it’s a hip and modern boutique hotel, the considered design has made easy and accessible to everyone, which my folks are very happy with it. Tried the restaurant and the food is nice, service is great, special thanks to Cher the manager, she has made us feel welcome. They have the live music (jazz) from Thursday to Sunday, worth to visit even if not staying in hotel. Lastly, thanks to the young, helpful and friendly who made us feel home. Thanks to Yvonne, she’s very nice and patient. I’ll definitely come back to stay in next visit to Beijing.

Great 6 star experience
Everything is so cool about the hotel, I enjoyed the whole entire experience. One of the service guy, Flake was so sweet to take my Singapore dollars in exchange of RMB as I didn’t have enough cash to go to the airport. Room is big, hotel is artistic, breakfast ordering is fantastic

O CHAO é único. Ficamos lá por 20 dias. O quarto é confortável, com Minibar aberto. O café da manhã é sensacional: eggs Benedict w oeuf a la cocotte são campeões, mas provem a Beijing Pancake também. O jazz do restaurante/bar é maravilhoso, especialmente a noite de sexta feira, com a Rani cantando. Palmas para o atendimento, em especial a Ivonne e a Grace na recepção, Summer no restaurante e William no café da manhã.

Beautiful Concept needs better execution
Great design, gorgeous location, lovely interior, but the service is not worthy of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast space is exquisite. Dishes look better than they taste. In some ways, that is the story of the hotel. Looks great, but lacks deep substance. Strange quirks that can make it charming also make the stay frustrating. No real help from the staff at front desk. Rooms are spacious but lack a coherent design. Our large room had a giant empty blue wall directly across from the bed that served no function other than being blue and large. Beside our bed was a hollow space that had no lift and seemed to maybe exist as a portal to another dimension. Bathtub was beside the bed. Gorgeous tub, but begs the question why place it there. Space supported the latest gadgets and plenty of plugs. Free mini bar and snacks a plus. Our floor provided a rather ugly view of a roof. The library and bar are truly exquisite. Great drinks. Pool is a laugher. More design than function. Greatest public bathrooms maybe ever. Japanese individual toilets. Amazing. Gym was odd but decent equipment. No staff to help in anyway if you needed anyone. In general, once you leave the lobby there wasn’t anyone to help. Amazing location for Beijing if you like ex-pats area and a connection to the 1st and 2nd rings, the hotel hosted many nice social ents for the guests. Great if you have the time. Would consider staying again if I could assure a much higher room floor and a different designed room.

Fantastic hotel with a great included breakfast
My wife and I stayed at the Chao hotel for four nights. Everything about the hotel, staff, room and included breakfast was fantastic. We had a large room with king sized bed. The room has modern furnishings and finishes with a very comfortable bed with luxury linens. The hotel itself looks new through out and is decorated in a modern style with high end finishes everywhere. The staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful. Eddie in particular made us feel very much at home. The hotel is managed by a French national, which becomes obvious when you have the included breakfast which has a wide assortment of continental and Asian food choices. The breads and cheeses were as good as we enjoyed in Paris, but I also loved the pan fried dumplings.
