该酒店的客服不错。接送机场的司机很有礼貌。只是酒店陈旧了点，没有电梯上楼，搬运行李很不方便。

Terrible service. The airport pickup ridiculous, actually scary a little, the driver brought a non- business random guy, looks suspicious and had a bog detour. I had to tell them that I texted my family that I am on the hotel car. The check in service horrible, no help at all.

Aldri finn på å bestill dette hotellet

Grusomt tvers igjennom. Helt utrolig at dere tilbyr hoteller på dette nivået. Rommet var ikke rent, det var mugg på veggene, det var bløtt på gulvet på badet, håndklærne var skitne. Det var en forferdelig stank på hele rommet, og sengene var horrible. Personalet kan ikke engelsk og bildene lyver som bare juling. Aldri velg dette hotellet. Klokkeklar terningkast 1!

Terrible Experience!

Hello there, Yesterday we arrived to Beijing Sky Business Hotel and unfortunately we had a very bitter experience. After a long flight and having an elderly with us we found out that there was a terrible smell in our room as soon as we walked into the room to the point that the staff himself held his nose and left the room. So we asked the staff if they have a better room and they said there will be an additional charge and it was not acceptable to us to hear that respond. So we left the hotel and asked them to give us a ride back to the airport and they even charged us for that and for water and did not refund the money for the room that was not even used! At this point I would really apprecite to get a refund or a coupon so we can use later bc not only we didn't receive a refund but also it creared a lot of inconvenience for our 76 year old companion. Thank you!

Liegt 7 min von PEK Airport

Der Shuttlebus vom Airport zum Hotel war sehr gut. Für ein paar Stunden ist das Hotel OK. Man darf bloss nicht zu viel erhoffen. Nicht Raucherzimmer gebucht, war aber ein Raucherzimmer geworden und ein Aschenbecher lag auch schon da. Der Ausländer zählt leider das 13fache vom Zimmerpreis als der Einheimische.

Nightmare close to Beijing Airport

They offer free shuttle but when called at arrival to the airport by night they denied to speak English and just hung up. Result we had to take a taxi that cheated on us. Then we were given twin beds instead of the booked queen bed. In the morning we were treated like cattle being put more of the double of the van capacity inside ... what else? ... Never again !!

Quarto pra nao fumantes com tubulaçao de cigarro de outros quartos no banheiro. Que nojo, o cheiro era insuportável. Na recepçao nao falam ingles mas queriam me cobrar a mais. Sorte que eu tinha o valor da estadia impresso. Nao recomendo nem sequer pra uma noite.

pick up service from airport

need the english speaking people to work in the front desk. this hotel need to tell the customer when they can book the pick up service from airport. the hotel is very close to the airport,but since the pick up is not there, the taxi cost is almost the same with that room price. anyway,the room is clean and comfortable to stay for a while

今回は、チェックインの時に、予約が確認できなく苦労した。携帯のexpediaの予約メールで確認して、無事、チェックインした。 英語が通じないので、説明に苦労。

空港に近く、安いので、朝便を利用する時の、前泊に利用。空港から電話したが、英国も通じないので、苦労した。周囲に店はないので、弁当持ち込み。空港で購入するのがいい。朝、空港までのバスは、すぐに満員になるので、少し早めにでるのがいい。今回は、20分待たされて、なんとか乗れた。

V nouzi nejvyšší

Neodtékající umyvadlo, sprcha držela jen na dobré slovo, částečně vlhká a plesnicá stěna pokoje . Služby standartní, trochu váznoucí angličtina. Pobyla jse jen jednu noc. postel čistá. Pokud by to bylo více nocí, určitě bych si našla jiný hotel. Dprava na letiště fungovala.

Albergo disgustoso oltre il limite dell'indecenza

Personale completamente estraneo alla lingua inglese, camera piccola e maleodorante, muri scrostati e pieni di macchie di sporco, bagno con un solo asciugamano con evidenti macchie giallastre e di cenere di sigaretta, piano lavandino e doccia bagnati, con insetti morti, cenere di sigaretta e capelli di ospiti precedenti, insetti sia nel bagno che nella camera (zanzare e scarafaggi in particolare). Esperienza decisamente ripugnante e da sconsigliare anche ai viaggiatori più attenti alla spesa. L'albergo non è neanche vicino al terminal 3 dell'aeroporto (e i tassisti non lo conoscono) il che richiede o una lunga camminata o un taxi (di circa €7), che insieme a una tariffa di almeno €40 a notte rende l'hotel né comodo né economico. Non andateci.

What an unfortunate stay

The hotel itself is located in an industrial area with almost nothing around. Although the hotel lists "free airport shuttle," the driver did not try to charge anyone (all Chinese) except me (foreigner). He literally followed me to my room to get money. No one in the hotel spoke any English and they were reluctant to take plastic - cash only. I really did not enjoy my stay here - even for one night.

픽업시간도 오래 걸리구. 암튼 하루밤이지만 넘 불편했슴. 객실에 물 조차도 없슴. 가격이 너무싸도 한번쯤은 생각해봐야 할 호텔

Close to airport, but low quality

I stayed here due to its relative proximity to the airport, but regretted that decision upon arrival into my room. The front desk service was good, but they spoke very little English. The entry way was nice and well kept enough. When I got to my room, which was supposed to be a king non smoking, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes and two twin beds. The beds were very firm, and the pillows may as well have been a folded up bed sheet they were so thin. To make it worse, there was someone else's hair on my pillow. I ended up sleeping above the sheets and with a tshirt slipped over my pillow case. The room was in complete disrepair. The walls were breaking off and concrete was visible. The shower head was falling off the wall and the curtains were stained. I definitely would not recommend this hotel unless your budget does not permit anything else.

Great for overnight layover

It's a good little place for an overnight layover. They speak little english, but they make sure they know what time you need to get to the airport when you check in and then call you in the morning to make sure you're awake. They also pick you up from the airport and take you back in the morning for free, no matter how early.
