「Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Wir mussten leider ein Zimmer sehr kurzfristig stornieren, da unsere Freunde einen Todesfall in der Familie hatten. Wir haben das Geld direkt zurück bekommen, rein durch Kulanz. Das war sehr freundlich!」

「Pretty good in location (near the river), accommodation, and breakfirst service! You can reach the most main scenes of Heidelberg by walk in 10 mins. Bus stop is just near the hotel, you can reach the hotel by bus from Heidelberg main station.」

「As others have stated, the room was very clean. This is what ultimately made my decision to stay here. It was much more. The location was fabulous. The staff very helpful and the food was very tasty. One suggestion, pillows need to be less flat.」

「The hotel was great! Our room had a little balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good size. The breakfast was fresh, with lots of options of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs of choice. Parking was available, But very tight spaces. The restaurant attached, for supper, was only okay. Walking into the town was so easy and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. We drove into Heidelburg old town and visited the castle during the days and it was a lovely...

「Staff at reception was nice, gave us advice to nearby Italian restaurant Da Baggio was a great choice. We spent a very nice dinner with great value of food and service. We all happy with the stay and hope to come back again!」
