「酒店虽小但很温馨 浓浓的欧式复古装修风格」

「I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options...

「Directly Downtown」

「very good experience」

「A lot of restaurants. 」

「早餐還可以，床乾淨、舒服」

「Quite near to downtown and the place is quite neat and comfy. Nice stay.」

「Nice staff, nice stay」

「The hallways were filthy. There were transparent bags of garbage left in the hallway’s for hours. We had to request clean sheets, and put them on ourselves, because the sheets had dirt on them. The tv apps and telephone didn’t work. The young man that tried unsuccessfully to help with the tv was kind and polite. He promised to leave a note for management to repay us, but I have not seen anything yet.」

「The property did not meet the expectations from the pictures. Tried to cancel as soon as we checked in but the owner said no. We ended up checking out earlier than we were expected. Took the $$$ loss.」
